Barn owls and armadillos are among the animals farms intentionally use as non-toxic, natural alternatives to chemical pesticides to protect crops, orchards and vineyards. Barn owls serve as biocontrol by hunting rodents and armadillos feast on ants. The cherry tree, grapevines, and hops pictured here are all common crops in California.
Purchased artwork will be ready for pickup or shipped after the exhibition end date (May 7, 2022).
